The card validity depends on your chosen package: 1-day, 3-day, or 7-day pass. The validity period begins upon first use of the card and runs for consecutive days.
Yes, you can recharge your card through our mobile app, website, or at any of the recharge stations located at major transportation hubs, attractions, and shopping malls throughout Abu Dhabi.
We offer special rates for children (ages 5-12) and seniors (65+). Children under 5 can travel for free when accompanied by an adult with a valid Abu Dhabi Travel Card.
If you've registered your card, you can report it lost through our app or customer service center. We can deactivate the lost card and issue a replacement (replacement fee applies).
